Our Stamina team is based on the fact that strength first will prevent injury, and that breaking your body down in an unhealthy manner simply leads to injury. Our strength team has a bias towards building size, speed, and strength, with enough metabolic conditioning to keep you from falling out of the fight. The goal is to move fast and far, with heavy weight in tow.
