The title says it all. It's basic, and the perfect plan to stick to when coming off of an injury or just getting into fitness. It can be a little lengthy between learning and doing every exercise, but as you learn, you get a little quicker. It would be great if there were images as well as videos in the app, so the images could be used as a quick reference for something you know but aren't 100% sure of. It can feel tedious to play a video and try and skim through it to find the form if it's not a quick and to the point video. Keep up the great work!
This program is good as an introduction to the physical demands to the other programs. It builds a good foundation and a launching point to get on the other more focused programs. I'm coming off an injury and use to be on Team Stamina. I find the basic program to help me get back into the work of things. It's still challenging and it's up to you to put the work in.
great product, the app was easy to use and follow along. Only thing I would change is to make sure people understand that this is not for beginners.
Basic is bomb. I've been able to get quality workouts in under or close to an hour without skipping sections of workout material. It also drives at my strengths... that I could once lift big but am now delusional about the weight I can lift and need performance and fitness workout alternatives to keep me in check in while maintaining the integrity of having a quality workout. I'm guilty of starting the workout and then modifying or shedding weight mid workout instead of being realistic.
