How does Endure help with muscle recovery and performance?
We use 2g of Instaminos from Compound Solutions. The unique, active ingredient in InstAminos™ is Instantized BCAA, a customized blend of three essential amino acids—Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine—proven to stimulate mTOR for protein synthesis required for healthy muscle growth and recovery.
How does Endure help with hydration?
Dehydration is an imbalance of water and electrolytes in the body. Often times people think that just drinking water rehydrates them, but they don’t take into account the minerals that they have sweated out. A deficiency of electrolytes can lead to cramping, muscle fatigue and muscle weakness. To assist in replacing lost electrolytes, Endure has a full electrolyte blend consisting of calcium, magnesium, potassium, chloride and sodium.
How does Endure help with sustained energy levels?
Endure contains 18g of Carb10 from Compound Solutions and 6g of dextrose. Carb10 is a low glycemic carbohydrate that has a minimal blood sugar and insulin response and is a fast gastric emptying formula so there is no bloating feeling that is associated with other low glycemic carbs. Carb10 also provides a lower insulin and blood sugar response. We paired Carb10 with 6g of dextrose to induce an insulin spike and replace glycogen in muscle cells which is lost during training. The purpose of two fuel sources is to use carbohydrates that use non competing pathways in order to maximize carbohydrate absorption and utilization to give your body the fuel it needs to keep the system energized.
When I mix Endure sometimes there is still some left at the bottom. Why is this?
Carb10 is a natural carb source made from starch and is water dispersible, not water soluble. All you have to do is give it a quick shake and get it dispersed throughout before you take another swig.
