Had it for a month now. Where melatonin 3mg has failed, this has picked up the baton to force my body to rest after shift work hours. Combined with CBT work and environment adjustments, this stuff will get you sleepy in the as-claimed window of "30 minutes", give or take a few. It's a great aid to keep you asleep, PROVIDED you maintain consistent sleeping hours and pre-sleep habits so your body is adjusted correspondingly to sleep. There have been weeks where I have broken my sleep schedule, and insomnia had ensued where even TBNN could not help. However, just like psychotropics there is no miracle drug to solve an entire problem...but a comprehensive program will and sleep (and TBNN) is no different. For that, I would recommend TBNN as a sleep aid.
I’ve onlu used it a few days, and it’s worth it.
So far this mix is helping me get some much needed rack time without making me feel like garbage when I get up. Plus, I don’t feel tired durning the day which can be a side effect when taking melatonin. Casein protein typically has a thicker consistency compared to whey so it requires more water to be palatable. I didn’t find that to be true with this mix. Maybe is because there is 18 grams of protein with a 26 gram scoop. Overall solid mix and I will buy more and encourage other too as well.
