The powder kind of smells like an Asian restaurant. But, with a little warm milk or water, this stuff definitely helps me knock out at the end of the day and maintain a regular sleep schedule. The 18g of casein also gives a slower digesting protein to help build and recover while you sleep. If you use coconut, almond, or rice milk, it almost tastes like horchata. 8.7/10 would recommend. Definitely want to try the Lemon Pound Cake.
It does work mostly. I still wake up in middle of the night but not nearly as much maybe 1-2 times. I feel like I got a better quality sleep too. But getting it down is rough it’s so cinnamony and chalky not good. I’ve tried water, more water, less water, hot water, and milk all about the same result except hot water you can’t chug to get it over with so I don’t recommend that at all. Is it worth it for me...no it’s expensive and I just wanted to try it glad I did but will not be re-uping this at all. Protein is great, this is just a miss for me.
It’s really good stuff, always helps noticeably with sleep and recovery. I’m really bummed that Lemon Pound Cake was discontinued, if that was brought back I would subscribe for sure.
Works great. Helps me sleep and recover better. But the flavors.....cant it just be vanilla and chocolate or something? Lemon poundcake was sort of pallatable but cinnabon is terrible!!!!
I need this stuff, please bring it back
