5 Power cleans 115 lbs
5 Front squats 135 lbs
5 Push press 135 lbs
Rest 1 minute
You will go through the movements twice (that's 2 cycles) which will equal one round. You will then rest for a minute, then repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
