Bent Over Rows - 4 Sets x 10 Reps



40 Minutes - As Many Rounds as Possible

Partner A:

800m Weighted Run @ 25lbs

Partner B

5 Lateral Box Jump Overs @ 24in

10 Power Cleans @ 165lbs

15 Weighted Pull-Ups @ 25lbs


Partner A will run 800m while Partner B is doing an AMRAP of 5 lateral box jump overs, 10 power cleans, 15 weighted pull-ups. Once Partner A gets back from the run, the partners will switch out.
